Taking inspiration from the Japanese philosophy of appreciating natural flavors and embracing imperfections, our walls feature detailed wood carvings that capture the true essence of the ingredients. These beautiful carvings surround the entire space, inviting guests to embark on a sensory journey of taste and texture. To celebrate the convivial Spanish tapas culture, Fuego's layout includes an open kitchen and a U-shaped bar.
